Client satisfaction is our priority.Based on the laws of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, you can replace or return a productin the event of any damaged purchaseand if the hair color is not suitable for you. The product has to be returned within 7 days of the date it reaches you.
Exchange and Return Procedure
- Communicate with customer service during official working hours or via e-mail.
- Please ensure that the products you wish to return have not been used and are returned in their original condition and packaging. Any products used or returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted and will be considered non-replaceable.
- The replacement or restoration of hair extensions will not be accepted in the event that the thermal adhesive is opened, as well as the bars in the case of lace cutting, in order to ensure the health of our clients.
- Upon receiving replacement or return requests, our team will contact the designated shipping company to arrange the receipt of the product from you within the Kingdom only.
- In the event of customer dissatisfaction with the product for personal reasons, the customer would bear the shipping costs of 26 riyals, owing that the product was sound and in original package.
- In the case of payment through credit card, the payment shall be reimbursed within 7 to 14 working days.
- We apologize that we won’t be able to for replace or return special requests that are designed based on the client's wish.
- Requests for personal use are neither returned nor replaced in the interest of our clients' safety.
